Where do we deliver?
We only deliver to the Ile de France region.

We deliver dry, fresh and frozen products in the same delivery throughout the Ile de France region.

We also offer Click and collect at our Wissous warehouse (Wissous - 91)
*5% discount on your order.

We can deliver to your home, your office or to a third party.
Indicate the delivery address of your choice.
*You will have the opportunity to indicate your order instructions.

When will I receive my order?
We deliver within 3 to 5 working days, from Friday to Sunday, from 10am to 10pm.

NB: It is possible to indicate a preferred delivery day, which will be taken into account as far as possible by the delivery driver according to the organization of his rounds.

Your delivery is guaranteed breakage-free and theft-free, with respect for the freshness of your products, hand-delivered against signature right to your doorstep.

And let's not forget the joy, the smile and the warmth of the Antilles :)

How much does delivery cost?

Free delivery on orders over €100, only!

The minimum order is 50€.

For orders under €50, delivery costs range from €8.99 to €10.99, depending on your delivery address.

Click and Collect at our Wissous warehouse is completely free of charge.

No additional delivery charge for fresh and frozen products.

In the case of a gift, you can leave a note at no extra cost.
* No invoice with the price in our parcels, only the delivery note (list of products without price).

Prices and delivery times

General information :

  • All orders are carefully prepared and delivered by our teams.

  • Deliveries of fresh produce, frozen foods, delicatessen products and fruit & vegetables are carefully stored and transported to preserve their quality and freshness.

  • You can leave your order instructions in the box provided at the end of the order on the site to best guarantee your delivery.

Delivery of fresh and frozen products:

  • We deliver to you in airliners (high-performance insulated bags) with a carbonic gel that sends out cold, ensuring that the cold chain is respected.

Our bags and gels are reusable. 

NB: do not put the product in the fridge without the bag with the gel.

Information on delicatessen and cured products

  • Delivery times for black puddings, cured meats and delicatessen products are extended and are delivered within 2 to 4 working days.

Delivery tracking

  • You will receive an e-mail informing you that your order is ready.

  • You will receive a call from the delivery driver the day before delivery to confirm that he has arrived.

  • This will enable you to provide additional information to the delivery driver if necessary.

Delivery tracking

Step 1
Two e-mails will be sent to you:
- an "Order registration" e-mail
- an "Accepted payment" e-mail

This means that your payment and order have been registered and sent to our warehouse.

Step 2
You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been placed.

This means that our logistics team carefully prepares and dispatches your parcel.

Step 3
Three notifications will be sent to you.
Mail N°1: a "shipping" confirmation e-mail from us with your order number and tracking link.
Mail N°2: an e-mail from the carrier with delivery information.
SMS: an SMS to "M.Antilles" with your tracking number.

This means that your parcel has been handed over to the carrier for delivery within the announced delivery time.

Information and delivery times

Products that have already been opened or used will not be taken back, nor will fresh or frozen products.

There are no returns on fresh and frozen produce, nor on fruit and vegetables.

No returns from International customers.

To return your parcel :

1. Send us an e-mail informing us of the return of the parcel to
, preferably mentioning the reason.

2. You receive your Mondial Relay or Colissimo return slip.

3 Recondition a parcel to return the products to us in good condition.

4. Paste the slip and return the parcel.

To obtain a refund following breakage, a missing product, a product not ordered or non-receipt :

We kindly ask you to check the condition of your products at the time of delivery in order to refuse the package
in case of damaged products.
If you accept the package, you have 48 hours to notify us of any problem with your delivery if you did not refuse it
(damaged, wrong, missing product).
- In case of damaged products, please send us several photos of the products.
- In the event of non-receipt of a parcel, please notify us of non-receipt if you have not received your parcel more
than 7 days after it was dispatched. In the meantime, please track your parcel directly on the chosen carrier's website.
These two procedures will enable you to be compensated either by a credit note, a refund or
by returning the damaged or similar products.

Refund information :

Your refund will be made within a maximum of 7 days from confirmation of your refund by e-mail.
It will be made by the same means of payment used for your order (credit card, paypal or bank transfer).
NB: In the case of a refund by bank transfer, please send us your bank details in the cancellation e-mail.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of your products.
This right applies to both delivery and click-and-collect orders.
During this period, you may return items without giving any reason, provided that the products are in their original condition. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please fill in our withdrawal form here. Once you have completed this form, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the products concerned.
