Preamble: Definitions

Web Account: refers to the Web Account opened by the User in accordance with the provisions of article 2 below.

Service: refers to one of the services described in article 2 below.

Site: designates the Internet site published by SAS LRFOOD accessible at the following URL: www.lr-food.com

SAS LRFOOD: refers to the company LRFOOD, a simplified joint-stock company with capital of €929,216, registered with the Evry Trade and Companies Register under number 804 831 808, whose head office is located at 14 boulevard Arago 91320 WISSOUS.

User: refers to any visitor having access to the Site.

Article 1: Purpose - Acceptance

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the "GTCU") is to determine the conditions of use of the Site and the Services made available to the User.

By accessing this Site, the information it contains and the Services offered, the User acknowledges that he/she has read these GCU and undertakes to comply with them.

Modification of the GCU : SAS LRFOOD reserves the right to modify the present GCU at any time. The user will be informed of any modifications by email and must accept the new version of the GCU when he logs into his Web Account following the modifications.

Article 2: Services provided

The Site allows you to view products and create a quote.

2.1 Registration and creation of a Web Account

In order to order online, the User must have an active LRFOOD customer account;

The user's Web account can only be activated if :

- The User has provided all the information required to open a LRFOOD customer account (including email address).

- The User has already been invoiced by LRFOOD for a first order with our sales department.

Once these conditions have been met, the user's LRFOOD Web account will be automatically opened without any request on his/her part. A login and password will be sent to the User by LRFOOD. The User agrees to maintain the confidentiality of his password and acknowledges that LRFOOD is not responsible for any fraudulent use of his Web Account.

2.2. Services available to the User

The User may access the following Services:

- Create a quote

- Access to promotions

- Receive our newsletter

- Download product catalog

Unlike the other Services offered by the Site, receiving the newsletter and downloading the catalog do not require the creation of a Web Account. All the User has to do is provide his/her e-mail address and identify him/herself.

Article 3: Responsibilities and warranties

Responsibility for the provision of Services and accessibility to the Site

SAS LRFOOD, in its capacity as Website Editor, is only bound by an obligation of means with regard to the functioning and continuity of the Website.

SAS LRFOOD shall in no event be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Website.

SAS LRFOOD will not be held responsible:

- access speeds to the Site, opening and consultation speeds of Site pages, external slowdowns, suspension or inaccessibility of the Site,

- Acts of God or acts of third parties, as defined by jurisprudence and the Civil Code, and in particular those listed below, breakdowns and technical problems concerning hardware, programs, software and the Internet network, which may result in the suspension or termination of Services,

- if the Service offered by the Site proves to be incompatible or malfunctions with certain software, configurations, operating systems or equipment used by you,

- service interruptions due to the vagaries of the Internet and/or maintenance operations.
